02Protective Services

Everything important happens before the doors open

Crowds, arrivals, credentials, public boundaries and unexpected moments all become harder to manage once an event is underway. Planning is what makes the operation workable.

Event Security · Available throughout California · 24-hour operations

01Overview

Events compress a large number of security decisions into a short period. Guests may arrive together. Press may gather around the same entrance. Staff and vendors need access. A principal may require protection. Meanwhile, the event still has to feel like an event rather than a checkpoint.

We begin with the venue and the event flow. Arrival lanes, entrances, exits, public boundaries, back-of-house areas and escalation paths are considered before posts are assigned. Armani has provided armed officers for red carpet events in Hollywood and coverage for private functions, corporate events and residential gatherings across California.

Where principals are attending, event coverage integrates directly with executive protection and bodyguard details rather than running alongside them. One plan, one dispatch channel, one escalation path.

04Process

How a deployment runs.

  1. Site survey and plan

The venue is walked before the plan is written: entrances, press positions, back-of-house, vehicle routes, exits and the places a crowd will actually form.

  2. Staffing against the plan

Officer numbers and posts follow the plan rather than a headcount. Uniformed presence, discreet coverage and supervision are allocated to the pressure points.

  3. Briefing and rehearsal

Every officer is briefed on the guest list procedure, the escalation path and who makes the call before the doors open.

  4. Execution and after-action

Coverage runs with continuous dispatch contact, and a written incident record is provided afterwards.

07Questions

What clients ask first.

That is the wrong first question — the plan determines the number. Arrival pattern, venue layout, guest count, press presence, alcohol, principals attending and the number of controlled entry points all change the answer. We survey the venue before quoting a headcount.
