A security professional may be the first person a visitor meets and the first to notice that something is wrong. The work requires reliability, observation, communication and sound judgement — especially when the people around you are under pressure.
Armani recruits for field, patrol, supervision, dispatch and investigative roles as operational needs arise. Relevant military or law-enforcement experience can be valuable, but it does not replace the registrations, permits, training, temperament and role-specific qualifications required for the assignment.

Current credentials
Security personnel must maintain the registrations, permits and training applicable to the duties they perform. If a registration is in progress, say so clearly in the application.

Strong personnel communicate early, observe carefully, de-escalate when appropriate and document accurately. Professional judgement matters more than image.

Continuity is a security measure. Personnel who consistently work a site learn the routine and are more likely to notice the deviation.
