International Arrival & Protective Services
Protection that starts before the itinerary becomes public.
For executives, families, public figures, creators, athletes, distinguished guests and international visitors who want one coordinated point of contact for protection in California and, where required, across the United States.
01Arrival-to-departure planning
The first handoff is only the beginning.
The protective plan can begin before arrival and continue through airport handoff, ground movement, hotel or residence, public appearances, events, meetings and departure. The scope is adjusted to the client's profile, schedule, privacy expectations and any known concern.
01
Arrival coordination
Protection begins at the first legally accessible arrival handoff point, with airport-specific coordination arranged as permitted.
02
Protective transportation
Security-led ground movement, vehicle coordination, route planning and arrival/departure positioning.
03
Executive & personal protection
Overt or discreet coverage structured around the client, family, schedule and environment.
04
Language-matched coordination
English, Turkish, Arabic, Persian and Chinese coordination can be requested, with language-matched personnel where available.
05
All-female teams
All-female professional security teams may be requested for assignments where privacy, culture or client preference makes that appropriate, subject to qualifications and availability.
06
Nationwide coordination
Outside California, regulated services are coordinated through appropriately licensed local providers where required, with Armani serving as the client's coordinating point as agreed.
Sensitive details belong in a secure channel.
The public form asks only for enough information to scope the first conversation. Exact flight details, hotel or residence addresses, identity documents, detailed itineraries and threat material are exchanged only through an approved secure process.
A client should not have to translate the security plan.
Clients may request consultation and contract coordination in an available preferred language at no additional consultation charge. The goal is not literal translation; it is clear communication that respects the client's language and cultural context.
